Marc Fischer is a specialist in immigration law (including immigration and application for citizenship), estate and succession planning, as well as real estate law.

 

Marc Fischer is the advisor and trustee of UHNW families residing mainly in Europe and acts as member of the board of Swiss and foreign foundations, including public-interest, charitable or philanthropic foundations. He is a member of several boards of directors of Swiss and foreign commercial and financial companies.

 

Marc Fischer has been a managing partner of Borel & Barbey since 1997.
