Luc Hafner specialises in business, estate planning and succession law. He advises Swiss and foreign high-net-worth clients as a lawyer, director, trustee or protector. He has become a reference in the field of private clients, at an international and multi-jurisdictional level.

 

Luc Hafner has been Chairman of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum (MICR) and he has led the renovation of the Museum.

 

He chaired the military tribunals and was in charge for trials delegated by the International Criminal Tribunal of The Hague regarding war crimes committed in former Yugoslavia and Rwanda.
